Can I rent a car for a single day?
Yes, we offer flexible rental durations, including daily, weekly, and monthly options.
Do the cars come with a full fuel tank?
Yes, all cars are provided with a full tank, and we request that you return the car with a full tank as well.
Are the cars equipped with navigation systems?
Most of our cars come with built-in navigation systems. Please confirm at the time of booking.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement for an extra charge, provided they meet the requirements.
Limits and Restrictions
Are there mileage limits for the rentals?
Yes, our rentals include a daily mileage allowance. Excess mileage will be charged as per our rate card.
Can I take the car outside the UAE?
No, our rental cars are only permitted for use within the UAE.
Are there restrictions on where I can drive?
Our cars are not allowed for off-roading, desert safaris, or racing purposes.
Can I smoke in the car?
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles. A cleaning fee will apply for any violations.
Tolls, Traffic Violations, and Accidents
How are tolls managed?
All cars are equipped with Salik (Dubai’s toll system). Toll charges will be deducted from your security deposit.
What happens if I receive a traffic fine?
Any fines incurred during the rental period will be charged to the renter.
What should I do in case of an accident?
In case of an accident, contact the police immediately by dialing 999. Obtain a police report and notify us as soon as possible.
Am I responsible for damages if someone else is at fault?
If the other party is at fault, provide a police report to ensure no charges are applied to you.
Insurance and Deposit
Is insurance included in the rental cost?
Yes, all rentals include basic insurance as required by UAE law. Full coverage can be added for an additional fee.
How much is the security deposit?
At CarLux365, we provide our car rental services without having to put a security deposit.
What does the insurance cover?
Basic insurance covers third-party liability. Additional coverage for damages and theft can be purchased.
Car Rental Services
Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
We offer free car delivery and pickup services anywhere in Dubai. For other emirates in the UAE our rates are as follows: 500 AED for supercars and 150 AED – 400 AED for normal cars.
Can I rent a car with a driver?
Yes, chauffeur services are available upon request for an additional charge.
Payment and Documentation
What documents do I need to rent a car?
For all UAE residents, a copy of a valid passport, residency and UAE driving license (active for at least one year) should be provided at the time of renting. For tourists and visitors, a copy of a valid passport, UAE entry visa (if applicable) and IDP(International Driving Permit) is necessary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, crypto, and bank transfers. Cash payments can also be arranged.
