Cancellation Notice &
Refund Policy

• More than 14 days before rental start: Full refund of rental fee, excluding non-refundable booking/deposit fee of X% / fixed amount.

• Between 7 and 14 days before rental start: 50% of total rental fee refunded; non-refundable deposit/booking fee retained.

• If the renter fails to collect the vehicle at the agreed pickup time without prior written notice, the entire rental amount (or at least the deposit + first day’s rental) is forfeited.

• Returning the car before the agreed end date does not entitle the renter to a refund for unused days, unless otherwise agreed in writing before rental begins.

• A deposit is required at booking to secure the vehicle. This deposit (or blocked amount) is non-refundable after a certain deadline (e.g. once the cancellation notice period has passed).

• After vehicle return and inspection (for damage, fines, fuel, etc.), refund of any excess deposit shall be made within 30 days if no deductions apply.

• In case of unavoidable events beyond either party’s control (e.g. government restrictions, natural disasters), both parties shall attempt to find a mutually acceptable solution (reschedule / partial refund) at discretion.

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or signed document). The date of cancellation is the date the notice is received by the rental company.

• Any costs already incurred on behalf of the renter (administration, insurance, wrapping/livery, detail work) may be deducted before the refund is processed, if applicable.
