- Cancellation Notice & Refunds
• More than 14 days before the rental start — full refund of the rental fee, less the non-refundable AED 500 booking deposit.
• Between 7 and 14 days before the rental start — 50% of the total rental fee refunded; the AED 500 booking deposit is retained.
• Less than 7 days before the rental start — no refund of the rental fee.
- No-Show
If you fail to collect the Vehicle at the agreed time without prior written notice, the entire rental amount is forfeited (at minimum, the booking deposit plus the first day's rental).
- Early Return / Early Termination
Returning the Vehicle before the agreed end date does not entitle you to a refund for unused days, unless agreed in writing before the rental begins. Where an early-termination refund is agreed, an administrative charge of AED 500 may be deducted.
- Security & Booking Deposit
The AED 500 booking deposit secures the Vehicle and becomes non-refundable once the relevant cancellation deadline has passed. After the Vehicle is returned and inspected for damage, fines and fuel, any refundable balance of the AED 5,000 Security Deposit is returned within 30 days of the final rental date, provided no deductions apply.
- Special Circumstances / Force Majeure
For events beyond either party's reasonable control — such as government restrictions or natural disasters — both parties will try in good faith to agree a fair solution, such as a reschedule or a partial refund, at CarLux365's reasonable discretion.
- Written Notice of Cancellation
All cancellations must be in writing — by email to info@carlux365.com or a signed document. The effective date of cancellation is the date CarLux365 receives the notice.
- Additional Fees & Costs
Any costs already incurred on your behalf — administration, insurance, vehicle preparation or detailing, special wrapping or livery, and similar — may be deducted before any refund is processed.
